ORDERS

Welcome to our e-commerce contact lens sale. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. These conditions apply to all purchases made on our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of sale.
Confirmation of the purchase made is by e-mail.
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and refund the amount paid.

SHIPMENTS

Shipping* is free throughout Italy for all orders of €39.90 or more. For orders less than 39,90€ the invoiced shipping costs are € 4,50 Euro. In case of payment by credit card and PayPal the shipment of goods will take place only after receipt of payment. Any delays cannot be adduced as a reason for the withdrawal of the contract since the delivery times indicated on our website are indicative. An invoice will be attached to the completed order.

DELIVERY

The ordered goods will be sent using proper packaging that will protect the goods from shocks.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated at the time of purchase. Your order will be delivered by courier within the timeframe indicated in the product sheet, where possible. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay in delivery.

PRICES

Product prices listed on www.stylelenses.it are in euros and include VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are not included.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made:

- By Credit Card (Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard circuits). Card data will be transmitted directly to the Bank, which will authorize the payment in real time. No data will be stored in our systems.

- With Paypal.

Once the transaction is completed, the order summary also sent by e-mail will be displayed.

COMPLAINTS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. You must notify us by e-mail at info@stylelenses.it or through our contact form. Please contact us promptly to inform us of your decision to cancel your order and return the product to us.

Return shipments must have the original packaging intact and suitable for resale of the product and be sent to StyleLenses c/o Stilottica - Via Giulio Cesare 80/E - 66054 Vasto (CH).

Attention: some products, called customized and/or ordered especially for the customer, do not allow to benefit from the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 art.55).

Returns must be properly stamped, contain a written explanation justifying the rejection of the product, and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Refunds will be made within 30 days of acceptance of the return.

Damaged shipments should not be accepted and should be promptly reported to the transportation company and StyleLenses.co.uk

Return shipping costs will be borne entirely by the purchaser, who may use any means of shipping, except for COD or freight collect packages, which will be rejected.

We will not be responsible for any damage done to the products during the transportation for the return of the products. If we receive damaged or tampered return items, we will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Products purchased on www.stylelenses.it will be delivered in accordance with the data provided by the buyer.

It is assumed that the buyer performs regular eye and vision checks, preferably every 6 months, at an optical center, this assumption will be confirmed by acceptance of the above conditions.

The owner of the site cannot be held responsible for any technical defects in the sealed product or incorrect information provided by the manufacturer. In addition, StyleLenses.co.uk cannot take responsibility for product intolerances and any consequences to the eyes. It disclaims any liability in the event that the defect is due to negligent maintenance, intentional degradation, or misapplication of the manufacturer's instructions and conditions of use.

The owner of StyleLenses.co.uk guarantees the quality and effectiveness of the delivered products as stated in the manufacturer's CE information. Products purchased on our site will be delivered only in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer company. The buyer should carefully read the instructions and conditions of use before using the products.

Our company offers only the most exclusive and excellent quality brands our products are not second-hand, irregular, substandard or purchased from middlemen.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

StyleLenses is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers, whose information will be used solely to place your orders and provide you with optimal service.

The personal information you communicate to our site as part of your order will be stored in a computerized customer database.

At any time you can change and delete your information, which will never be disclosed to third parties.
